Summary

Algo is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and facilitating the expansion of our diverse portfolio of brands. In this role, you will be instrumental in devising, implementing, and executing comprehensive strategies to oversee and optimize AlgoGroup's online e-commerce sales channels. This includes managing marketplaces, direct-to-consumer sites, and coordinating impactful offline activations. Your responsibilities will also involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management and technology, to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns strategically designed to elevate revenues across our diverse sales channels.

What You'll Do

  • Developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels and increase brand awareness.


  • Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.


  • Comprehensive oversight of order management, administration of seller centers, coordination of fulfillment processes, and management of third-party logistics (3PL).


  • Take charge of creating new product listings, ensuring visually appealing product displays, and maintaining product information.


  • Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Utilizing strategic inventory control measures, forecasting techniques, and reorder points to ensure optimal stock levels.


  • Collaborate closely with brand owners and internal teams to ensure the timely launch and execution of platform campaigns.

What You Are

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce channels, with a preference for expertise in platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify.


  • You are skillful in Google Analytics, Adwords, and strong in project management in overseeing multiple business initiatives.


  • Proven experience working as a digital marketing consultant.


  • Effective communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to write and read proficiently.
