Summary
AlgoGroup is hiring a Partnerships & Community Associate to creatively foster ongoing relationships and propose innovative ways to enhance partnerships. Your responsibilities will include sourcing partnership opportunties, onboarding new members, organizing community initiatives, and maintaining an up-to-date member database.
What You'll Do
Conduct research to identify key players in the industry and generate interest among potential partners.
Develop and implement a systematic and process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Generate new leads with emerging brands, identify business opportunities for collaboration, and secure new deals with brand partners.
Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and maintain a deep understanding of partner's business strategy and vision.
Collaborate with senior management and marketing teammates to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
Serve as a liaison between our organization and partners, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the partnership.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the AlgoGroup community by actively engaging with pet owners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
What You Are
Minimum 3 years of experience working in brand collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar relevant field.
Natural networking aptitude, with a knack for building relationships and expanding professional networks.
Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A strategic thinker who can identify and leverage opportunities for partnership growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good communications skills, can read and write English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
An animal lover / pet owner is preferred but not required.
