Algo is hiring for a Go-to-market Specialist in developing and managing the implementation of our portfolio of brands' marketing strategies for SEA markets. You will be integral in designing and executing marketing engagement and retention campaigns across a range of channels to ensure that we nurture, engage and retain our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Play a key role in coordinating, composing, consolidating, and implementing go-to-market guided by business leads for our brands.

  • Planning and executing the B2B (and where relevant, B2C) marketing strategy to encourage uptake within Algo ecosystem.

  • Support and manage the delivery campaigns of from start to finish, covering campaign planning, content and data briefs, fulfilment or automation briefing and consultation, stakeholder approvals and management, test strategies, reporting and optimization.

  • Supporting the delivery of retention campaigns and programs to make sure that messages are delivered to customers in a timely manner, in the right communication channel and with the right message.

  • Managing the cross-functional process for go-to-market strategies.

  • Management of lead generation activity tracking. Execution and analysis on daily, weekly, and end-of-month reporting, with a focus on improvement and recommendations that are metrics-driven.

Who You are

  • You are an experienced Marketing professional with demonstrated experience in FMCG space.

  • A  strong self starter, you will be energised by engaging with stakeholders and delivering quality outcomes for our portfolio of brands

  • You will bring excellent attention to detail, a proactive mindset, a get-things-done attitude, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 

  • You have previous digital marketing experience along with a strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles. Your analytical skills enable you to see the insights of marketing ROI and enable you to use this information to help you create future creative campaigns.

  • You'll bring your outgoing and personable nature to the development of strong working relationships with brands and customers.

  • You'll also independently drive results, think on your feet and apply your forward-thinking and innovative approach to everything you do.
